Delivery

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse will then process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take about 7 - 20 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer, depending on the product availability and the destination country.

*All packages have specific tracking information and can be tracked through "Track Order" on the website.

  • The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
  • Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.

Return & Refund

Our return policy is effective for 14 days since receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. Please send an email to return@kosybaby.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return.

Return requests for orders received and delivered after 14 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If 14 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at return@kosybaby.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a Return.

 

  • Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer

  • If a product was purchased as part of a set, bundle or multipack please ensure all items are returned together as we cannot complete part-returns

  • Make sure you obtain proof of postage for your return package

  • Items or orders you would like to return should be sent back to us within 14 days of your order being dispatched

  • Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10-15 working days

 

Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.

 

Every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace or refund the item.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Wrong Item Sent: If we send you the wrong product, color or size

 

Your Responsibility

Oops! Somewhere along the way you might have made a mistake. If any of these are the case, it’s up to you to sort things out and unfortunately we cannot refund your item.

e.g. Incorrectly Provided Address: If you made an error in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase.
